La Mata
• La Mata is a former fishing village with all normal traditional services and cultural festivals that you may find throughout Spain. It is situated between two waters: in front the Mediterranean Sea and behind the Laguna of La Mata. The area of the Laguna is a protected national park with a large acreage of vineyard. This region is perfect for a Boat trip or to enjoy a nice Sunday with your family and to discover the world of animals and plants. There is also a nice picnic space in the middle of the forest. The beaches of La Mata are one of the most beautiful of the Costa Blanca and are directly connected with the beaches of Guardamar, which has a length of 14 km. Just behind the beach you will find the famous and protected dunes of Guardamar. In the village you have a lot of selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a church and a beautiful village square in the centre. A lot of people meet there after work, so there is always something going on there. Torrevieja you will reach with the bus every 15 min. and to Alicante you have a bus every hour.
Campoamor
• Campoamor is a village, where the sea is very open and it is just 15 min. from the airport of San Javier and 50 min. from the airport of Alicante. Campoamor has a excellent call on the Costa Blanca. It's imposing buildings and big villas, a lot of green spaces and large leisure time facilities making this village very special. Almost all properties have private parking and big terraces with garden. Furthermore this zone is 24 hours long controlled. The habitants represent the middle to high class of Spain. This is particularly visible by the ambiance of the bars and restaurants. Just 5 min. are situated some high standard golf courses. The beaches are the best quality and very clean, winning a blue flag for cleaniness year after year.
Cabo Roig
• Cabo Roig, which means cape of the coast. Cabo Roig is an exclusive area and very popular due to it's location and the type of properties that you find in this area. All of the properties are low level buildings, many of which are luxury villas. The urbanisation has just the one access point from the N-332. That's why there is almost no traffic and so the people, which are living there have more privacy. On the coast there is a wonderful promenade, which has direct access to the beaches: in the south the port and the beach Cala Caleta and in the north the beach Cala Capitan, which stretch up to the beach of La Zenia. Most of properties in Cabo Roig are villas, bungalows and construction of luxury with swimming pools and garden. Cabo Roig has it's own church, many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, supermarkets and many other services within a short walk or drive, Cabo Roig is simply a wonderful place to live or visit.
